Hyper Kamas

Kamas are a flashy weapon and are the most popular weapon for tournaments and performances. You can use a creative open hand form you already know and replace your hand strikes with Kama strikes. The Kamas are similar to the sword because you will use the blade to strike an imaginary opponent and you will use your forearm strength to squeeze the handle and make the blade stop fast and accurately. Combining fast strikes, spins and releases with powerful stops makes you look like a pro.

The Bo Staff is a weapon of power. Imagine strong, powerful hard strikes to imaginary opponents with low stances. You want to master the speed of your strikes by constantly sliding your hands across the staff for different leverage points and strikes.
